The Book Asylum is not available from The Barn of Shitty Books (called Barnes and Noble by some for unclear reasons) nor from Amazoing Crap, Giftwrapped (aka Amazon) nor from whatever other shitty corporate concern. Nor will it ever be. At any rate not unless they agree to pay 3 (three) times the cover price per book delivered, cash on delivery, and I get to set the quantity. In other words, the equivalent of the deal they offer currently, except to my advantage. Asylum is, however, available here. You can order a copy using the button bellow.

What you will get for your money is a copy of Asylum, 8.5 x 5.5, printed by an offset printer on #50 white offset paper. That's the good looking white paper you see in books that matter, not the yellowish or reddish cheap and cruddy paper they print Tom Clancy on. It's going to be perfect bound, and the covers get special layflat lamination so they won't curl. It's not hardbound for the simple reason that I don't want you to get hurt when you hit yourself over the head with it for not having bought it sooner. The subsequent editions will however be hardbound, and I'm talking with the printer about addin a lead sheed in there too. One copy will set you back 14.95. US orders will be charged 5.00 for shipping. International orders will be charged 10.00 for shipping. This covers most of the world. I don't currently accept checks, both because I can't be bothered to set it up, and bcause I don't want to encourage the sort of people that pay fifteen dollars using a check. Also, we don't offer financing, we don't accept mortgages and we're overstocked on souls.

On a final note, let me point out that the book must be handled with love and affection. You must build it a little shrine. You must tuck it in every night. You must burn frankincense every day. You must hum to it and dance for it with bells on your fingers. Thanks for understanding.
